CUSTOM TANK DESIGN AND FABRICATION SERVICES

Imperial Steel Tank Company has been manufacturing high quality storage tanks, pressure vessels and reactors for over 60 years. During that time we developed an excellent reputation for service and quality, and this is well demonstrated by our custom tank design and fabrication services. We design and manufacture several different types of tanks, including pressure vessels up to 3000 psi, atmospheric and high pressure storage tanks and hazardous chemical tanks. Our equipment, including a crane and 400/1000 ton press brakes, can handle large jobs. We roll, weld, press, and plasma cut materials such as nickel, Monel, and carbon / stainless steel to create tanks of many differing specifications. We also provide special tank accessories, such as sight glass / light glass, steady bearings, add pots, and specialized access platforms. Our customized tanks are available in sizes that range up to 20′ in diameter, over 80′ high, and up to 2″ thick, while maintaining tight tolerances of ±0.125″. We can design tanks from CAD programs, or we can develop tanks with the necessary dimensions provided to us. The quality of our work is shown in the many industry standards we meet, including UL 142, API 620, API 650, and ASME, Section VIII, Division 1.
